These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the AmoriCycle application and related services (the “Services”), operated by AmoriCycle Team (“AmoriCycle”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1) Eligibility (17+)
The Services are intended for users age 17 and older. By using the Services, you represent that you are at least 17 years old and capable of forming a binding contract where you live.
2) About the Services
Keep your home running smoothly without the mental clutter. AmoriCycle tracks the hidden timelines of your everyday essentials—electric toothbrush heads, HVAC filters, skincare refills, coffee machine parts, and more—so you never have to guess when it’s time for a refresh. Build personalized replacement cycles, receive gentle nudges right when you need them, and maintain peak performance across your space. Because a well-kept home shouldn’t require constant remembering.
3) Accounts and Security
- Account data: you may provide name, username, and email address.
- Your responsibility: keep credentials confidential and notify us of unauthorized access.
4) User Content and Inputs
You keep ownership of content you submit. You grant AmoriCycle a limited license to host and process it only to provide and operate the Services and to fulfill your requests.
5) Acceptable Use
- No unlawful use or violation of others’ rights.
- No disruption, unauthorized access attempts, or malicious code.
- No reverse engineering except where prohibited by law.
6) Location and Notifications
If you enable permissions, the App may use precise or approximate location depending on your settings. The App may send notifications (such as reminders). You can manage permissions and notifications in your device settings.
7) Third-Party Services
The Services may rely on third-party service providers (for example, hosting, analytics, crash reporting) to operate. Third-party services may be subject to their own terms.
8) Intellectual Property
The Services and associated intellectual property are owned by AmoriCycle or its licensors. Except as expressly allowed, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or create derivative works from the Services.
9) Disclaimers
Convenience only. Reminders and schedules are provided for informational purposes; you are responsible for deciding what is appropriate for your home and products.
As-is. The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” to the maximum extent permitted by law.
10) Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AmoriCycle is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. AmoriCycle’s total liability will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid in the prior 12 months or USD $50, except where prohibited by law.
11) Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Services and users or comply with law.
12) Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the effective date and may provide additional notice where appropriate.
13) Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of AmoriCycle Team’s principal place of business, except where your local law requires otherwise.
14) Dispute Resolution and Binding Arbitration
Except where prohibited by law, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court. Before starting arbitration, contact us at hannesrodenberg135@outlook.com to attempt informal resolution.
