The Services are intended for users age 17 and older. If you are under 17, do not use the Services.

- Automatically collected: device information; usage statistics; crash/diagnostics logs; location (precise or approximate) only if you allow it.

5) Optional Content Processing / AI-Assisted Features (User-Controlled)
If you choose to upload text or images for automated processing (including AI-assisted generation or analysis), then:
- It is optional and initiated by you.
- Processing runs on our own servers.
- No third-party sharing: we do not share uploaded text/images with any third party.
- No training or marketing: we do not use uploads for advertising/marketing and do not use them to train third-party models.
- Deletion: uploaded text/images are deleted promptly after processing completes (unless you choose to store results).
- Local by default: where applicable, outputs are stored locally on your device by default unless you choose otherwise.
6) Photos, Face Data, and Biometric Information
- No face recognition and no biometric identifiers/templates for identification.
- One-time processing when requested, then deletion as described above.
- Not used for training or marketing.
7) Legal Bases (Where Applicable)
We process information based on contract, legitimate interests, consent (e.g., optional precise location), and legal obligations, depending on your location and the feature used.
8) How We Share Information
- With your consent or at your direction.
- With processors that help operate the Services under confidentiality and security obligations, for the minimum necessary purpose.
- For legal reasons and to protect rights, safety, and security.
We do not share uploaded text/images used for optional content processing with any third party.
9) International Data Transfers
We may transfer, store, or process information across borders. Where required (e.g., EEA/UK/Switzerland), we use safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or equivalent mechanisms.
10) Security
We use reasonable safeguards such as encryption in transit and (where appropriate) at rest, access controls, regular reviews/audits, and backups. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
11) Data Retention
- Account data: for the life of the account.
- After account deletion: deleted or anonymized within 30 days (subject to legal/security needs).
- Usage analytics: up to 12 months.
- Support content: up to 6 months.
- Optional uploads for processing: deleted promptly after processing completes (unless you choose to store results).
12) Your Rights and Choices
